Our goal is to reach out to families of young children in West Elgin and to promote wellness. We believe that it does take a community to raise a child.
The Let’s Connect team provides programs and services for families and individuals with children 0 to 6 years of age, and consists of a Registered Nurse (RN), a Registered Dietitian (RD), a Community Health Worker (CHW) and an Early Childhood Educator.
Our team offers free programs and education for families with children 0 to 6 years of age. Most of our programs have children’s programming available so you and your child/children can participate.
