West Elgin Community Health Centre is committed to working in partnership with individuals, families and community groups to optimize the health and well-being of our residents and communities.  Volunteer Community Support Programs are an important link in our community allowing seniors and disabled adults to remain independent and in their own homes or community for a longer period of time.

Who can Access these Programs/Services

  • You must live within our catchment area
  • You do not have to be a registered client of the Centre to access this service
  • You can be referred by your health care provider (doctor or nurse practitioner) or you can refer yourself by contacting the Coordinator of Community Support Services at 519-768-1715 ext 2210 or the Seniors' Social Worker at 519-768-1715 ext 2220.
