Seniors and Adults with Disabilities

The West Elgin Community Health Centre offers a variety of programs and services to support the health and well-being of seniors and adults with disabilities. Our range of activities, events, programs and services allow community members to remain active, independent, healthy and safe.

  • Friendly Visiting/Telephone Checks
  • Meals on Wheels
  • Luncheons
  • Transportation (including accessible van)
  • Counseling for seniors
  • Assisted Living (Assisted Living Information)
  • Caregiver Support
  • Regularly Scheduled Programs and Activities
  • Special Events

Regularly scheduled activities include Soup’s On, Caring Crafters, Drop-in, Arting Around, FUNctional Fitness, Drum Fit, Chair Dance Yoga and more.  Join us for some fun social time!
